Evaluation
I started my career as an intern at the Royal Ontario Museum undertaking evaluation projects to inform exhibition development, and have specialised in evaluation ever since, working across a wide range of cultural heritage projects.
I provide a comprehensive range of evaluation services, including front-end, formative, and summative evaluations. This includes the evaluation of National Lottery Heritage Fund Development and Delivery Phases, using the Theory of Change Model and developing evaluation plans to support business cases being submitted to the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
I employ a variety of tailored methodologies depending on the project, such as online and face-to-face surveys, focus groups, and interviews conducted via telephone, internet-mediated platforms, and in-person settings.
