Project: St. Marylebone Changing Lives
St Marylebone is a Grade I listed parish church. The aim of The National Lottery Heritage Fund project is to conserve and consolidate the parish church’s historic fabric for future generations and make it more accessible. It will also tell the fascinating urban, social, medical, artistic and literary story of St Marylebone, enhance the public realm, provide additional community spaces, and provide volunteering and training opportunities and an exciting programme of activities to engage different groups in the community.
I worked as part of the Cultural Consulting Network team on this project. Colleagues focused on the Activity Plan and my role was to develop an evaluation strategy and implementation plan to evaluate and monitor activities during the Delivery phase. The framework was devised to reflect the very small team and enable volunteers to use evaluation during the delivery of the project with training and mentoring from myself. The project is currently being assessed by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
