The Royal College of Music’s ‘More Music: Re-imagining the Royal College of Music Museum’ project is part of a larger £25m capital project to display the College’s internationally significant collection in a new purpose-built environmentally controlled space within the building with improved access, exhibitions and activities for a broader range of audiences. I worked as an Associate of CCN undertaking market analysis to identify a range of potential audiences for the new Museum and sharing my experience with the rest of the team to build the Business Plan to support a Round 2 HLF submission.
