Oxford House, Market Analysis to inform Business Plan to support HLF R2 application

Client: Oxford House, London

Dates: 2015

Budget: £1.7m

Project: From Victorian Gap Year to Community Hub; heritage and community at Oxford House, HLF Round 2 application

Oxford House opened in 1884 as the first Settlement house and is still at the heart of Bethnal Green as a heritage space that engages the diverse communities of east London.

This project will conserve, reveal and interpret the built and intangible heritage, transform public access to heritage and open up the Victorian chapel, roof-top walk and provide a new cafe space in the original Library and Refectory, opening directly onto Weavers Fields.

My role was to support CCN by undertaking a market analysis to identify potential audiences for the Activity and Business Plans which will form part of a Round 2 HLF application for £1.3m.
